We helped reinvent this long-standing product line as a contemporary signature range, introducing new convenient doy packs that bring the brand into modern everyday life. The design lifts the olive category to a more premium and recognisable level, positioning Gallo as the natural choice for simple, effortless moments of culinary enjoyment.

The strategic direction focused on creating a design that could succeed across multiple international markets. We chose a visual expression that feels natural, authentic, and appetising, yet free from overly specific cultural or regional cues.
The result is a packaging concept that honours Gallo’s Portuguese roots while appealing to a global audience, presenting the olives as a refined, modern, and universally inviting choice.
